Not only do we talk about and work out any issues you may have, but lots of aromatherapy and the use of hot towels are used to help relax you even more. AND if its the right weather, we open the doors and the outdoor massage is priceless.

I can add energy work and explain what that means for exploring your emotions, because when we hold things in, our body holds onto it also.
